The Wireless Seed Stage Forum is seeking seed stage start-ups with disruptive, emerging wireless technologies or innovative applications to submit their business plans to investors for this exclusive opportunity.

If you are a start-up that:

• Has a pre-production or demonstrable product
• Seeks less than $2 million in a first round of external seed funding
• Is recently established (less than 2 years old) and has a small headcount (less than 10 full time employees)

Level I – Pitch

• Selected start-up companies will pitch to investors at the Wireless Seed Stage Forum (10 minute pitch with 5 minutes of Q&A)
• 1 member from each of the selected companies will be invited to attend a VIP dinner that evening with key investors and industry executive speaking at the Texas Wireless Summit
• Selected start-ups will have the opportunity to demonstrate their products during the networking event and at the Texas Wireless Summit (space permitting)
• Feedback and constructive advice on your start-up venture will be provided by select wireless industry experts
• Investors will vote on the best plan and the winner will be recognized at the Texas Wireless Summit
• Summary of business plans will be provided to all participating wireless investors
• 2 free passes per company to the Texas Wireless Summit, October 14-16, 2008

Level II – Attend

• Selected start-up companies will be invited to attend the Wireless Seed Stage Forum
• Selected start-up companies will have the opportunity to demonstrate their product during the networking event and at the Texas Wireless Summit (space permitting)
• Feedback and constructive advice on your start-up venture will be provided by select wireless industry experts
• Summary of business plans will be provided to all participating wireless investors
• 2 free passes per company to the Texas Wireless Summit, October 14-16, 2008
